ARIES CURLED RAM HORN HEADPIECE Create a powerful mythical look with Aries, a wearable 3D-printed ram horn headpiece featuring a bold curled silhouette and an adjustable headband. Designed and produced in our own workshop, these lightweight PLA horns are ideal for ram, faun, satyr, demon, forest guardian, fantasy creature, and original character costumes. Wear them for cosplay, LARP, festivals, theatrical performances, Halloween events, photography, conventions, or fantasy display. Every order includes a mirrored left and right horn pair with a headband and mounting hardware. Wigs, costumes, makeup, paint, decorations, and photography accessories are not included. RAW 3D PRINTED FINISH These horns are supplied as unfinished raw PLA prints. We remove the printing supports and excess material, but the surface is not sanded, primed, or hand-painted. Visible layer lines, minor support marks, small seams, and subtle surface variations are natural characteristics of the 3D-printing process. They are not considered defects. You may wear the horns in their selected filament color or customize them with your own finishing process. For a smoother result, carefully sand the surface, apply a plastic-compatible primer, and finish it with suitable acrylic paint. The selected color refers to the PLA filament itself and not a hand-painted finish. Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, filament batches, and screen settings. ADJUSTABLE HEADBAND SYSTEM The included mounting system allows you to reposition the horns along the headband and adjust their angle before tightening them securely. The headband may be concealed underneath many wigs, helping create the appearance that the horns emerge naturally from the hair or head. The regular-size headband fits most adults. If you require a smaller size, please contact us before ordering. For oversized versions or active use, we recommend adding an elastic strap or cord behind the head for additional stability. Always test the fit and mounting hardware before wearing the headpiece at an event. MATERIAL The horns are printed from PLA, a lightweight thermoplastic commonly used for detailed cosplay accessories, costume props, and decorative pieces. PLA provides a strong and lightweight structure for normal costume use, but it can soften or warp when exposed to excessive heat. CARE INSTRUCTIONS • Keep away from open flames and direct heat• Do not leave inside a parked vehicle during warm or hot weather• Do not soak in hot water or place in a dishwasher• Clean gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth• Store securely supported when not in use• Avoid dropping, crushing, bending, or striking the horns• Check and tighten the mounting hardware before each use SUSTAINABILITY Whenever practical, we recycle failed prints, support material, filament spools, and suitable packaging materials. Protective packing materials may be reused or recycled while ensuring that every order remains securely packed.
