If the font and/or color is not specified, we will default to the same ones as shown in the main listing photo. -The sides of the letters will not be painted and will be a dark finish. -We use natural wood to make our signs so each piece is different with unique grain and knots that cannot be altered. -Name signs with a lot of letters will not be as tall as names with only a few letters. We do not send a mockup before creating your sign unless specifically requested in the notes at checkout. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements due to the aesthetics of natural wood, such as wood grain or knots in the wood.
