Color changes beyond 2 font colors available upon request. We used heat pressed vinyl lettering or Digital Print. Lettering is NOT permanent. There are no refunds on personalized items. If we make a mistake we will certainly refund or replace. Lettering will rub off over time as normal wear and tear for flip flops. This is a novelty item! Lettering is not meant to last a long time but the flip flops will.
