Raw wood - The bookshelf will be sanded and cleaned but no coating/ varnish will be applied. If the shelf will not be exposed to moisture or you plan to paint it yourself, then you can choose this option. We will be able to send this item quicker than the Satin version 2. Satin/ Clear Varnish - The bookshelf will be coated with satin / clear varnish to protect the wood (specially if the item will be placed in a room with a lot of moisture - ex. bathroom) Photo listing shows raw wood. :: M O U N T I N G :: 1. The most secure way to hang our bookshelves is to attach a screw into a stud (pieces of wood behind a drywall that acts as the wall's frame) 2. If you don't have a stud, you can use the self-drilling plasterboard anchors and screws that we will provide you. Note that it can hold up to 20kg in total weight (including the shelf). We will not be responsible for fastening failure due to plasterboard or improper installation. 3. If your wall is not plasterboard/drywall, kindly let the seller know so that you will be provided the appropriate hardware for your wall. We will provide a detailed instruction with your order. :: N O T E :: Decorations/accessories are not included. Please be aware that the wood we use will vary in colour and grain.
