There is only one other First Edition that is for sale on any of the 22 vintage book selling sites. (It does not have a Dust Jacket and is not more than a good copy. It is $600. There is a reprint from 5 years after the First Edition that is also in less than good condition and is lacking a Dust Jacket and it cost $350.)
