You guys sent me an email saying that you cannot issue me a refund. Because my item was delivered correctly. And I'm telling you that that is not my doorstep in the photo and I immediately saw that it wasn't my doorstep in the photo because I was at work when it was delivered and I tried to make a report about it right away, but it wouldn't even give me the option to say anything to you guys about it until 2 days had passed period and I can't go to my bank for a refund because it's a Walmart gift card. Period so please refund my money.Because that's not my doorstep

Never received item Walmart was rude about finding my items employees are horrible Karma will come to them it is in Gods hands now I don’t even play like that and wanna play me about this item 2/26/26 I already did a dispute through my bank 2/12 I believe because Walmart wouldn’t allow me to do one.

I am unable to confirm receipt of the items because they were taken by the delivery driver. This situation is deeply concerning and needs to be addressed.

I never received the product I purchased between Walmart %26 FEDEX my product was stolen! Walmart %26 FEDEX played the blame game of course!!! Neither accepted responsibility for the stolen and lost Meta Glasses!!! On the Walmart website showed product was being delivered and enroute whilst the FED EX site showed the product was stolen and lost! This is unacceptable! At the end of the day someone NEVER received their Christmas gift this Holiday Season! I would never trust neither one ever again!!! Crooks!!! Until the day, neither apologized nor tried to make it right!!!

I have always been a Ray Bans fan my grandpa turned me on to them I’ve been a big fan of wayferers since i was 16.grandpa wore them when he was 88 years young.there something odd about the pair i got, they have a dial and little bars on them and make sounds. I think i may have purchased a Meta pair. They make me feel stupid!!

I purchased for 16 yr old losing her vision. We charged them, downloaded the apps, paired them with her phone. The glasses basically offer audio descriptive service to the items that would traditionally be viewed with the glasses. You can also ask questions, play music, take pictures and video and save it on your phone to utilize later. They can read signs, prescription labels, maps, etc. Good looking glasses. Very flattering on the face. Prescription lenses can be installed at specialty eye glass places.

Awful customer service. Bought the glasses and never received them. It got delayed for several weeks and when it was supposed to be delivered, the package never arrived. Contacted customer service which was going to refund me, and nothing. Got an email saying that it was delivered and the confirmation from someone named G was enough proof of delivering. Unbelievable! I will never buy anything from Walmart ever again.

I absolutely love my Meta glasses! I get compliments and questions about them all the time. The only thing is, I wish the battery lasted longer. The battery is 4 hours and it’s less if you’re actively using them( taking pictures, videos or on the phone). I love how they turn into sunglasses as well. So if you’re gonna use them regardless.

not what you'd expect to get for 400 dollars on my AI glasses. these aren't any better than 16 dollar options at Wal-Mart. the other 370 dollars must be only due to support the ray ban logo. the advertising is also misleading. i thought i was getting the tech screen lenses that allows visual display. nope just auto shading. ill be returning the ones i purchased. i bought them specifically for the visual display feature. but i was mislead! Theres no hoesty in advertising i feel duped and foolish!! @Ray-Ban do you normally let advertising agencies use you for you. Ive bought ray-ban for the last 22yrs because you always supported integrity, honesty, and better quality products. Maybe its time to switch. i hear that Oakley has better ones for the same price and a more stylish design. make this right and save us customers who feel cheated.
