Meguiar's Hot Rims Wheel and Tire Cleaner, G9524, 24 oz, Spray

Solid performance from this wheel and tire cleaner. Spray it on and within a few seconds it starts to turn brown as it breaks down the dirt on the wheels and tires. You do have to agitate with a brush of some kind it does not remove dirt without agitation (i haven't found a wheel cleaner that removes all dirt without agitation). The dirt and grime come off pretty easily. This is not an iron remover so it will not get rid of embedded iron in your wheels but if you keep your wheels clean you don't need an iron remover with this product (I tested with meguiars iron removal product).

Wear gloves… if this gets on your fingers it will be harsh on your skin… but it will clean your rims and tires like never before… spray on, by the time you spray all four tires, use water to rinse off. Makes my tires look new, rims too. Spoiler alert, my pic will also show my tire with tire shine on it.

It works and all I did was wet the rim, spray the solution on , wait 30 seconds and use a wet paper towel and rinse.

Package bottles came in had the acid dripping inside but minor, if I wasn’t home to receive a couple bottles might have been empty.

Well I cannot tell you how this stuff cleans wheels and tires… what I can tell you is how it cleans greasy appliances and cabinets!!! FABULOUSLY!!! Saw a guy on YouTube using to clean a rental house set of cabinets that had years of grease buildup, so I tried it in kind of the same situation. With just a little scrubbing with a non scratch sponge, cabinets and stove sparkled! Be sure to test it on your wood first, but worked great for mine!

Product works good but bottle leaks with every use. They need to fix the bottle so you don’t lose so much of the content. Each squirt it leaks around the pump

ive probaby bought this item 20 times. ive had issues with different brands that either dont work very well or damage wheels. Just follow the direction and wash off after a minute and this will get the job done with no damage.

The product is effective to remove dirty on the wheels. However, the chemical is so strong thay it may also stain your hands and fingers if it accidentally gets on your skin. The nozzle and the trigger are not designed well that the clean may leak from there. Wearing the gloves is strongly recommended.

This stuff is amazing. I am a big believer that nothings beats a tire brush and a lot of elbow work. I have always done that. Nothing beats that kind of effort. I was given this stuff and I applied it to my tires and you actually can see the dirt, oil grease and anything else that is on the tire just come off. It is unbelievable! I kid you not!
