- Incomplete assembled cabinetMay 25, 2026
After assembling this cabinet and the last steps was to put the doors on the hinges and the screws were too big to even go into the hinges of the doors , I have been to every hardware store to try and change the size of the screws but I had no luck in finding any screws close to the holes size , so as of now the doors are not on the cabinet I'm very disappointed with this product
- Sturdy and simpleSatisfiedJul 29, 2024
The cabinet is sturdy with a simple design. I am a 48 yr old woman and I put it together by myself but had my husband and a friend hang it because it is heavy. It came with easy step by step instructions and fit perfectly where I intended for it to go.
- Great low cost laundry room cabinetRABDEAug 22, 2016
Product was as advertised. Would have like to see weight in online specs. Instructions about inserting back and completing final end panel installation could benefit from some review/enhancement. Otherwise, great buy. All parts and hardware were complete as received. Parts fit together correctly. I added a piece of old wire shelving that had been used as a a closet hangar to the bottom of the cabinet so there is a place to keep hangers and clothes that need air drying.

I love the cabinet. I bought for use over my washer and dryer that was an empty wall. I had previously hung other shelving but since this area is part of my kitchen I wanted something that looked more organzed. This fit the bill perfectly. The doors are adjustable as are the shelves inside. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra cabinet space. I assembled the cabinet myself with the easy to read instructions. I only needed assistance placing it on the wall. However I do recommend waiting until after you hang the cabinet on the wall to install the doors and the shelving for weight purposes only. The instructions ask that you install both before hanging on the wall, but I found it alot easier to install them after it was placed. If not for the flimsy cardboard backing I would have rated it a 5 star product. I could not get the cardboard to lay like it should and if I got even close to it being placed right it would just pop back out of place.

the backboard is made of cardboard and doesn't even sit flush against the back of the cabinet. the screws it came with were worthless and I had to use my own. There is no way they would have supported the weight of the cabinet. The doors do not hang straight and none of the doors are equal in how they stick out. It looks cheap because it is cheaply made. Customer service was no help whatsoever, they kept claiming that this is how it is supposed to be. Arguing with them and using logic didn't work. They are useless. This cabinet is the worst piece of furniture I have ever bought. Nothing but problems with it, and no help to be found. Do not waste your money, you will be very disappointed in this cabinet.

This product was easy to assemble myself. Also easy to hang with assistance. Looks great. A little trouble with the thin cardboard back panel setting in the groove, and deliveryman left it in the rain so one end was wet and warped so I cut it off. You can't tell when the doors are closed. This was a great addition to my laundry room. I left off one door to have a quick access shelf.
- Doors are off by 1/2 inchMomDIYITRYMar 29, 2014
The holes that are prerouted for the hinges were off by 1/2 inch on the middle door. This makes the cabinet look awful. I was tempted to send it back but that would be a hassle sine you have to send it to the manufacturer. Weighing 81 pounds, I can just imagine the shipping cost. The old saying, You get what you pay really holds true for this cabinet.
- Easy to assemble!SingleOver60Mar 11, 2014
I bought this cabinet to go over my washer and dryer. I am 64 years old and a single lady. I had no problems assembling the cabinet, except for the cardboard back. On the picture instructions, I missed the part where you slide in the back of the cabinet -- which is cardboard. I didn't want to take apart the whole cabinet, so I put it up without it and just used the wall for the back.
- Works for me!UpgraderGirlAug 17, 2013
I bought SystemBuild cabinets for my laundry room last year so I knew what I was getting. I bought 2 of these cabinets for my 6'x6' walk-in closet to store kitten supplies because I foster for my shelter and use this as a kitten room [yes it has a vent]. I wanted closeable doors due to litter dust and had to pull up carpet, so time for a total redo. The doors have a great soft-close feature, but as with my previous purchase - they tend to open hard (into walls). Assembly is pretty simple but a little time consuming. The only real issue I had was getting the backboards (cardboard) in correctly w/ no luck. I recommend a stud finder [Zircon @ Home Depot approx. $14]. You will also need a drill and a 3/16 bit. I plan to buy heavy duty closet rod brackets for underneath for rod and a little extra support, just in case. Also, maybe some cuter handles and I think I may take the middle doors/hinges off to have an easy access shelf and put some pretty pattern paper on the backboard. Another tip if you are hanging shelves alone: I left doors off until I got unit firmly on wall. Hinges sort of snap together and are not that hard to do after hanging. I got lucky with the doors being pretty much in line but have one that needs to be adjusted if I leave it on. All in all very happy! Looks way better than my old wire shelving! Can't beat the price, and I shopped around a lot. Good luck.
