It's OK, but I expected a lot more sweetness. I will try to use it on a sandwich in the future to see if I like it better. I had used it on chicken wings, thinking it was more of a honey mustard. If that does't work out maybe a binder on my spare ribs. I wish I hadn't bought 2 bottles until I tasted it.

The best mustard ever I love it. I eat it with my cheese and crackers. I eat it with my favorite snack my pepperoni and cheese and crackers or just my pepperoni and the mustard. The mustard is what I use on everything. It's kind of spicy kind of sweet it's a lot perfect I love it way better than Dijon.

This is not a “jump up and slap you in the face” kinda mustard which is fine with me because I prefer my condiments to enhance the food not overpower it. It's more like a mild hot dog relish minus the chunks that fall out of the bun and make a mess. I keep one in the refrigerator and one in the pantry.
