M-D Building Products 09063 9 ft. Black Extra-strength Vinyl Replacement Garage Door Bottom Seal

I've returned the item and ordered again thinking it was just a mistake on their end, but seeing as I'm two for two on this. This isn't a listing for the Platinum Flex version that is M%2309060, but just the regular M%2308462 version. I'm sure it'll work fine, but 1 star(0 stars) for false advertising.

Illustration of product is deceiving. Package only includes flat track that slides on top of round hollow portion that shows in picture. Description claims it is a replacement, leading one to believe you will be receiving a replacement of the whole unit. No explanation that you are only buying a portion of a universal replacement.

it was every thing I expected good fit right size easy installation

the item weather strip was fine but it was the wrong product. this far it has been sent wrong 2x. they say they will get me the right product. I have my doubts after so much going wrong thus far. I'm not sure it Walmarts fault but because it on their site it's not a good start to the W cost.

The directions are really easy to understand and the product is simple to work with. Works perfectly to provide an extra seal to my garage door for the winter.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. one of the simplest fixes that I've ever had to do on the home:-) there is a three step directions list all you have to do is remove any existing vinyl seal that's already in the garage door and then starting at one end you slide this through the aluminum channel at the bottom of the door pulling it all the way through and then trimming the excess off at the end. very good to help keep the winter cold out with a new seal at the bottom:-)

Great fit and price. Exactly the same item as the higher priced item sold at the other 2 national home improvement stores. Need to have at least 2 sets of hands when installing so that 1 person can pull while the other guides it into the track.
