Nice features, I love that I could fold my 2022 ram 1500 truck bed all way down without issues. I like the locking ability. I just added some padding to the steel past to avoid bike rub to the bike mount near the frame but other then that, I did a 6 hour round trip with no issues. I'd also recommend the adaptors for smaller bikes too.

This bike rack works great so far. I have only tried to fit 2 bikes. It would probably be a tight fit with four bikes.

This bike rack is solid! It was easy to assemble and install. The rack is sturdy once installed, and handled three bikes without issue. This rack replaced another I purchased that would not accept anything other than a tubular framed bike. This one has no issue with tube frames or my more square shaped hardtail bike. Time will tell how this rack ages, but I'm very happy with it so far!

Had one of these from the same brand i bought 6 or so years ago that was still working great, i just dont have access to it anymore. The new one feels to be the same quality as the original one I had and i expect it to last just as long. Being able to fold it down to open a hatch is a great feature and may not be recommended but can be done with bikes on it.

Solid bike rack for a family use on the occasional weekend that doesn't justify spending the big $$$. The mounting bars for step through frames (separate!) are fantastic. Install takes two spanner wrenches and 5 minutes. Hitch mount is for a small hitch receiver pin! Had to drill it open for my class IV.

Easy to assemble, my car had a 1' 1/4 hitch. This does NOT fit, the Ai summary does say it fits - I think the older models had adapter. I ended up buying an adapter from harbor freight so all good. Haven't tried it out yet, will update if it's not good but so far looks good.

The bike rack is pretty good , to make it easier I think you should buy one that can handle more bikes than you have , in other words if you have 3 bikes get the 4 bike rack , it is a little noisy when you hit a bump but overall it's pretty good

the box was delivered open and in bad shape. One part of the assembly was missing and there was an extra part not needed. there was a smashed Eagles football ping pong ball in the box and a handset screw. our plan is to return this to the store.

Terrible for Jeep's or pickup trucks. you cannot open the rear Jeep door with it mounted as the bar only swings out and down 45 degrees. Okay if you have a hatch back and don't mind needing tools to mount or unmount from the hitch. Problem 1) the swing arm only swings down 45 degrees. Does not move far enough to open a Jeep rear door and is 2-3 millimeters from the tailgate on my Dodge 2500 when the tailgate opens. Problem 2) The hitch draw bar is drilled for the 'anti-sway' bolt that comes with the rack, this bolt is a smaller diameter than a standard hitch pin. A standard hitch pin does NOT fit. The bolt requires tools to install and remove the rack. While these are both correctable problems with a good drill and a small cutoff saw, 98% of people don't want to do metal work to make the rack functional for Jeeps and pick-up's.
