Does it clean your carpet yes. Does it get stains out yes, does it help with urine smell some. I have used it several times yes it helps but it can be better. I have 2 dogs that sometimes uses the carpets, it does with if you immediately use it, I find it late sometimes. I say yes buy it for how clean my carpets get, it helps reduces the smell. And the stains are gone.

Its not the best for coffee stains on an offwhite carpet. It will get it eventually but it will take several passes with a good carpet shampoo machine for it to work.

We use this with the "little green machine" and have always had great results getting all types of stains out (we use it at a vacation rental). The smell is really light and clean. We like it so much we bought for our house and we dont even have a pet!

I was cat sitting for a family member and they had peed on my bed. Using this with the pet cleaner got the spot and smell out of my bed. I will recommend it. Definitely worth the investment

works great. nice fragrance. however it can get a little bit soapy so make sure you use a little at a time until you know the concentration you need. you can use this as a pre treatment as well. is very good as a stain remover and smells also. the only thing I would suggest is going back over the object with just a water rinse once you have shampooed it. works good on dog urine stains

puppy potty training can be tough, so we have tried numerous products o. our cream colored carpet. Bissell worked well with odor and getting the potty spots and stains out of our carpet. ive noticed that the spots that were cleaned aren't getting dust and dirt rings after time like other products we've tried. im happy to have found something that works well in our Bissell carpet cleaning machine!

tbh my dog gets sorry. this stuff worked on for carpet dog mess. but it did not work well on my couch, Dawn power spray did better, with a couple of sponges.

I would recommend this product if you didn’t have animals or a lot of stains, it smells great and works alright but I have a dog and two kids and the solution does not withstand these stains, maybe if i went over them more then once but I can use this right after it happens and still doesn’t take the stain away, it’s better to just pay more for better quality where this is concerned

This product is reasonably priced and it works extremely well. It cleans the carpets perfectly with no residue left over. It also eliminates any pet accident odors, and leaves light fresh scent behind. I have two dogs and a cat. I definitely recommend this product; especially if you have fur babies.
