the description says 9" blade, the package says 9" blade, the actual blade is ~5" not even close to what was needed or advertised - complete miss and let down.
So many uses for this icing/spreading knife

Great for icing cupcakes or cakes %26 to smooth out baked goods before they go into the oven. (I bought it to make Carnivore noodles, to get it as flat %26 spread out as possible)

This item is perfect for frosting brownies or a cake in a 13x9. Things you frost in the pan. I know I will discover about a million more uses for it. Also great for cupcakes.
