One of the bars were bent could be straightened but I kept the item anyway !!

Item was never delivered and then I was told after waiting multiple weeks for the product is was out of stock.

This shelf is awesome! The length and the depth are perfect, installation was very easy and all of the hardware was included!

I wanted shelves to display some lightweight collectible plastic figurines. The shelves look beautiful, although a little thick. Obviously you want to install this into studs. However, metal bracket holes did not align to all studs. I was able to screw one into a hole. They supply ez-anchors to put into drywall. I also added some more. I think I am using about 8 holes total. The reason, every time I put up, there was a big gap between wall and back of shelf. I think the sheer weight of shelf is causing the metal rods to flex OR (and this is what I am leaning towards), the holes in the metal rods are too big and when you screw in the 3 black screws to shelf itself, it is slipping. I realize my wall may not be perfectly flat and that could be the issue too. Overall, I think it will hold, but would have preferred bolting shelf to rods.

This my second time ordering this shelf just to find it broken from the corner.

I had mulitple screw heads twist off while screwing the support plate to the studs. Even after drilling pilot holes. I ended up using my own screws and it came out great.

its too thick & big. The color looks more like black.

I rated this product with 4 stars in lieu of 5 stars because of two issues: 1. My shipping was delayed a day after I paid for a "Rush" delivery. 2. One of the brackets was off centered which made it a little difficult to align and place the shelf on. Walmart refunded my shipping cost to offset the delay in a timely manner. Very pleased with that. The bracket I had to stretch out to align with the shelf. It only happened to one out of the four I ordered so it wasn't a big deal to me. I'm not at all "tool" savvy so it took me a little over an hour to install all the shelves but in the end it was surprisingly easy.

I would not let anyone lean on it, but it works great!
