my hair isn't even the right color

it cost more and took too long to get... I could have gone to the neighborhood beauty supply store and had it the same day, plus the bottle is the same size as the one in the store, but it costs more. They say free shipment, but really $9.00 for longer to receive, same size, it was not worth the price and the shipment.

Works well doesn't leave chemical burns like every other hair colour I have bought . I live by this stuff and would recommend if anyone has sensitive skin .

My hair is very course and hard to color, so it did not work great on my hair, but I do know others that it worked well. If your hair is hard to color, you probably should not buy this product. However, I have seen it work for those whose hair is not as course.

not in a box ,no instruction

only thing is I thought I was getting two jet black colorings as advertised and one was black and one was brown which was kind of disappointing but I'll deal with it

Unlike most who were slightly disappointed in this product, I was pleasantly impressed and surprised! For this price I didn’t have high hopes but felt either way I wasn’t losing much because the price was very reasonable compared to the other semi permanent products. The smell wasn’t strong and the color deposited well and covered my gray exceptionally well. It’s a winner in my book!

this product don't work for me the jet black didn't help with the gray and i only have a little gray.
