its not bad a bit watered down for my liking but my furry baby's not itching or scratching hes nice and happy and hes clean as can be I will be sticking to Burts bees for my fur baby's bath needs

I do not like the smell or that it doesn't lather up. But it is a good product otherwise.

I expected more from this shampoo. It seems to have minimal fragrance, not that I wanted a perfume, but I wanted a fresh smell. It did not seem to lather well.

I trusted shampoo for my fuzzy dog hair

I've been using this Burt's Bees Tearless Shampoo Conditioner on my two small dogs their entire life. It leaves their coats soft and shiny. They have never had any skin issues or itching with this shampoo.

I tried this as a recommendation from other dog owners recently and am impressed! The scent is great, it washes well and doesn't leave my dog with irritated skin. I've tried some other brands that left a strange after-scent, but this one doesn't! My dog is also very soft even several days out from me using this product on her.

doesn't really foam up but thats ok idk if the concept of a shampoo and conditioner in one bottle really works but my pups hair smells good and is soft after use so its all good.

This product was delivered but it must have been used before it reached my destination because it was not sealed, thought is was the foamy kind of product and safe for use.

The night before my order, my newly adopted 8 week old puppy had eaten something in the yard that made her extremely sick. She was throwing up with excessive diarrhea. We took her to the emergency vet right away and we didn't leave until she got better. It was very late so by the time we got home she was exhausted! However she was a bit smelly due to soiling herself a few times in her kennel on the way to the vet. Of course we used wipes to clean her off and cleaned her kennel, but she was still very smelly due to her struggle. Because I had only adopted her six days prior, I did not have the appropriate supplies to bathe her yet. The puppy shampoo I purchased the next morning was exactly what I needed! It was also a great price, plus I even had an additional discount because of my Walmart plus membership. On top of that, it was delivered the same day at no additional charge so I was able to give her a bath right away and had her in tip top shape in no time!
