The sofa cushions arrived completely folded and compressed. After opening, the sofa cushions still appear folded and misshapen. Additionally, the sofa fabric feels rough and harsh against the skin.

fine for the price but the cushion design is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. It's pointed on the part it specifically says to put facing out. Maybe something else I needed to do but no instructions on that and I shouldn't have to Google how a couch cushion works. Still comfortable and worth the price. This is like the third $300 couch I've bought due to consistent pet urine issues and it's by far the best for the price

Small and cute something for a small living space. Two people will be needed to assemble. It's a little lumpy and pillows have Velcro on the back (my hair keeps getting stuck on). But they looks nice and there comfortable and they sit up nicely

Everything was easy to put together and the directions were straight forward. I bought two- one for my household and one for my parents. They both had the same issues with the cushions being wonky and the two sides not being completely even behind the cushions but you don't see it much when it's fully assembled. Other than that it's comfortable and well worth the amount paid.

I do not like the couch because the cushions don't form well inside the covers. very thin seat cushions and the back cushions are absolutely horrible and miss shaped! I will hopefully be returning this item.

Although my order was missing items the couch itself seems really good for the price I paid. I do plan on repurchasing

I selected this couch because of the name brand Serta. The color is brown and is accurate. Cushions are comfortable. Size is accurate. The back cushions do not fill out the zippered pockets fully that is why I can't give it five stars. I think some extra batting would fix that. Other than that, very comfy. Has an extra leg in middle for support. Fairly easy assembly.

worst material. pet hair clings to it and even the vacuum won't get it all off

I'm surprised that Serta made this couch. Given the long standing name of Serta in regards to comfort, I expected a comfortable couch. The back cushions aren't really comfortable at all. It's weird. The couch would be a good couch, if the back cushions, were as comfortable as the seat cushions. "Dear Serta, don't use your reputation in bedding to sell uncomfortable couches." I'm unfortunately contemplating returning the couch. It is a disappointment. It's a good concept but not a quality product. The cushins are not good quality at all.
