The mop itself does a good job cleaning floors. The microfiber head picks up dirt really effectively, and I like how easy it is to rinse and spin out excess water using the bucket system. However, I ran into an issue with the build quality. The screw connection between the mop head and the handle doesn't tighten properly on mine. No matter how much I try to secure it, it won't stay firmly in place. As soon as I start mopping, the handle loosens and sometimes even falls off, which is pretty frustrating.

I go to use the mop and the handle collapses and I tighten it and it just keeps doing it. It's frustrating because you can't mop with it properly.

i don't think it's worth the money because it's cheap and the mop part will not tighten up with the handle and the product is not worth even buying that company needs to go back to the drawing board and design it better because it's really not worth the money

This is the third one of these I've owned they have moved the handle position so now it tilts forward and if you fill it too much it's going to spill all over when trying to carry it and if you underfill it you don't have enough water to rinse the mop head properly . this is a very poor design and I'm thinking of returning it.

I am beyond disappointed. After one single use, the plastic pedal housing snapped, and now the bucket won't spin correctly at all. The entire reason I invested in this mop system was to avoid hand-wringing the mop, and now I'm stuck doing exactly what this product promised to eliminate. What makes this even more frustrating is that the entire pedal housing isn't even sold as a replacement part, which means there's no way to fix it without buying a whole new bucket. For something that broke after one use, that is completely unacceptable. The plastic is clearly not built to last, and this feels like a total waste of money. I expected durability and reliability, but instead I got frustration and regret. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This is the best mop I've ever had!! I moved to a new place in March and bought the new leading brand. Last weekend I gave it to a friend of mine because it didn't clean my tile very well. A couple of my friends have this mop and bucket and they love it! So I got one too. Like I said it's the best mop I've ever had!! My floors are so clean now so much better tha than other one! Buy the set! I think you're going to feel like the rest of us too!

I am very late to the game, but after my children destroyed their room by smearing things all over their walls, I knew I needed SOMETHING that I could wash the walls with, without hurting my back and arms. This spin mop has been a life saver. i am able to mop and scrub the walls with minimal effort. the spinner removes most of the water so I am not saturating my floors.

The mop handle did not lift or adjust. It was missing the center piece that allows it to do so. Luckily enough I had kept my previous mop handle. I really just only needed the bucket. I had recently purchased more mop heads hence, my purchasing the same mopping style

I really hate to mop. I have a robot vac that mops so I don't have to do - well until the robot met the dog pile and spread the joy all over the house. And who wants to wring out a mop with one's hands for THAT???!!! I cleaned with paper towels and a flat mop, but you know it really wasn't all that clean. So I ordered this from Walmart and it was there in just a couple of hours. (Country living - love they deliver way out here!) I was able to re-mop with something I know can do a good job of cleaning, and can rinse all without touching poop!! I hope I don't have to use it often and especially not for poop- but I know this spin mop/bucket does a good job!
