I ordered the large universal pad as pictured above but received instead a small head and neck pad so I did the return action -quick turnaround in shipping me what was supposed to be the item I originally ordered but instead I received a 2nd incorrect head and neck pad-so refund requested.

Unfortunately due to a back problem, I'm a regular user of hot/cold packs. This gel pack is the best I've used. This model comes with a velcro pouch which made it easy to wrap around my waist. On top of that, it's actually made in America which is hard to find these days.
