Not only a great product and fair price, but was leaving for vacation in 90 minutes and needed a bike rack FAST. First time using Walmart home delivery and it came in 25 minutes from the time I ordered, from a store that is 15 minutes away for a $10 delivery charge. Take that Amaz*n!

Our metal frame tube split

On our first, the metal tube that goes inside another tube actually ripped the edges of the pipe. We were well below the max weight and it was all highway driving.

You may need additional straps. Also for Womens Bike you will need an adapter bar.

It's a nice, solid bike rack. I have the four bike version and have liked that. However, that has retractable, built-in bolts that secure the base to the trailer hitch. Easy-to-use and no special tools required. The two bike version has a bolt requiring two 9/16 wrenches so you have to get down and fplay with that to take it on and off.

Unpacked and assembled bike rack Easygoing. Good sturdy design and material. Will feel comfortable using it for my EBIKE. My other was to light for a heavier bike when stops raining will try it out. Can't see any problems.

This is a great bike rack for the money. It supported two bikes just fine. However, be aware that it is not completely secure. There is no way to lock it with a lock in the receiver. We absolutely loved the Walmart pick-up option. Very easy transaction.

Easy assembly and very steady. It initially wobbles very very very slightly, it can be addressed with buying a spring bolt from auto parts store. I would recommend buying.
Rattling too much

We bought this bike rack from Walmart a few weeks ago. Today we had time to go out and try it. We thought that the rattle was so bad that it was going to break our hitch. We returned the bike rack and are currently in the market for a better quality one.
Works Well

So far so good, driven about 1000 miles with a bike on it. More secure than the last bike rack I had, still has some slight movement. I do use a strap to keep the front tire from moving around and I can still open my rear hatch on my Ford Focus by just moving the handlebars of the bike instead of having to drop the poll.

well built, holds bikes securely. The only issue I had was for vehicles where the spare tire is on the tailgate door you need a hitch extender for this to work
