great product and it does help with joint and muscle health it just takes you getting use to the routine of taking them daily in about 3 to 4 weeks you should feel a change

Read about the benefits of Tumeric and decided to try this brand, easy purchase and good value for the money. I find it best to take after having breakfast, it seems to be working, feeling better since taking every other day, been 2 weeks now.

I just found out Ihave alphagal so i had to switch to rice hulls or vegan caps, these fit the need thanks.

My husband suffers from neuropathy in both feet and states that the Spring Valley Turmeric capsules are helping to relieve his discomfort from the burning and tingling sensations. He prefers the capsules versus the powder simply because it's premeasured and easy to administer.

Disclaimer: The following is my opinion, I am not a licensed dietitian physician or engineer... Fresh smell m, easy to swallow capsules, the ginger is a nice addition, helps to prevent side effects of potatoes and beans, the turmeric in my opinion does assist with reducing inflammation in my joints, I take other OTC meds, this natural product helps me reduce the use of alternative anti-inflammatory stuff.

turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory supplement. used in conjunction with milk thistle and dandelion you can't go wrong. you'll notice the difference.

My system does not stand for the regular doses, so in taking vitamins, I usually take a lower amount. It takes more time to be effective but I get fewer side effects. Not really sure it helps for joint pain as pain is sometimes complicated. It seems to adsorb (adsorption) well and digest easy enough. As for a source of Iron, I was not aware of that until the prompts below showed that to be the case. As an elderly person iron is always an issue. Not sure if it helps with heart health, but I am 70 and not on any heart medications.
