very cheaply made. have bought several different items from this mfg. it's the worst. Does not have an on/off button, you have to pump water into heater with the handle of the steamer. to start steamer to produce steam. ONE mop pad only so you need to buy an additional one unless you enjoy streaky floors. Complete p. o. s.

Bought this steam mop to mop my whole house. We have floors that only a steam mop really works to help make sure they are clean. I have used plenty of shark products and this was another good buy. Easy to assemble and use. And you get your months worth!

I have put off getting a new mopping system.. I hate dirty socks from dirty floor. And worry about germs tracked in from dogs and yard work. This is the Perfect set up for me. Shark- once again provides quality and durable home maintenance products. At a GREAT price. Im 70 . Live in the south. Land of dirt, mold, dogs. Assembly was a snap.(easy 3 step assembly and use instructions) I worried ( i don't waste money) it wouldn't work or Id burn myself or the floor. For years I got on my hands and knees to get a totally clean and sanitary floor. I used steam mops before- the others were dangerous or not designed for ease of use and safety. I'm really impressed by the washable pads you don't even bend over to apply or detach. Designed not to just PUSH the dirt around like other wet dry mops. Inexpensive- Designed for ease of use- Very effective cleaning tool. I'm Happy Happy Happy. Less time .More Clean. No chemicals.

AMAZING! Easy to use, lightweight, easily pivots position. So easy, that an older, short woman as myself can use. my boyfriend got stuck steam cleaning my floors and now it's so easy that I might get him to do it even more frequently! His mop broke and so he instantly had me order one for him also. if my 100-year-old mom had tile that she had to clean, I would have gotten her one also

So at first I thought this product was causing some kind of weird issue with my floor. I have a kiddo that's learned to crawl so I wanted to give her a good sanitary space. We have pre sealed hardwood. After I'd use this, there was some weird white film on the floor. Like I said, I thought the product was poo. But then my husband reminded me of a remodel we did MONTHS ago where we removed sheet rock. I shop vacuumed for days after, I regularly vacuum atleast every other day, I mop a couple times a week, so naturally I didn't think any of the sheet rock dust was left. But this steam mop worked so well it was pulling the sheet rock from the cracks between my wood panels! Highly recommend!

This is a very light steamer…which I wanted. Have one that was to heavy and bulky. Now I needed it for small tile areas and it is fine for those. The water cup is ok for small amount. Now as for the steam you have to pump the handle to release the steam,great for small areas but might be tiresome for a big floor area. So if your looking for light weight,and medium amount of steam this will work fine. I like not having to use chemical,the pad works well at picking up the dirt. Would suggest ordering extra pad. I would recommend this for light floor cleaning in small to medium areas.

This was absolutely nothing like I had in mind after reading high rated reviews. Cheap plastic-waited %26 waited to warm up- it left half streaks and barely any steam/wetness on tile ; you have to manually push top bar down that's assembled within the bottom bar to engage the steam while you apply pressure so mop head will try clean floor… this is steam mop for kids playing house /now women with families and dog! Apply this $ towards durable product that actually works.

Didn't work for my front entry way that needs a deep clean, but it did easily clean up the sticky spot in the kitchen from a juice spill a few hours before. Honestly... its not supposed to clean. It did what it said and that is all just steam and heat the floor, probably be enough if you start with a clean floor and use it everyday. Like a school floor or cafeteria where you need the floor wiped up but not necessarily a heavy cleaning.

I was very disappointed in the delivery from the store. three times in a row I did not get my order. yes they said they left it on my porch. they left it maybe on somebody's porch but I was sitting on mine and it never showed up. I will not order anything else from the store in fairlawn Virginia.
