Excellent dog or cat house! Perfect size for a cat or small dog. Heavy Duty plastic that will handle outside weather very well. All you have to do is snap the top and bottom together! Very easy to unsnap too if you need to clean it. I highly recommend this pet house. Great value for the price! You will be happy. 🙂🙂

It was just alot smaller than i thought. My fault for not reading the clearly marked size. But its for a very small dog or cat. It works great for the neighbor stray. We filled it with hay.

I recently purchased the Petbarn 3 Dog House and I think it is a very good product. I would've given it five stars but I had some difficulty with assembly. Specifically, when I took it out of the box, the cover was placed upside down and tucked into the base. Separating those two pieces wasn't easy, and I had to ask someone to help me.

Item arrived pretty quick. The shipping box was worn with loose simi opened tape. Scan tag on item seem to have been torn off by a prior user, and slapped back on. There was a stain inside of the housing floor, but it seemed to have been wiped up. There were dirt in the corners of the housing. I'd wanted very much to return the item, but I have a stray cat that sleeps on my porch, and it is extremely cold here where I stay. So, I just decided to keep the item due to the poor stray cat , otherwise, the cat would be freezing outside. The cat was the only reason I bought the house, so I decided that since it's outside, at least it would be serving its purpose because it seems to be a very sturdy house.

I originally purchased to put outside for the three stray cats that have been on this property forever. However when I received it decided to use in my living room for the two puppies I still have from my adult female and male dogs. They love it! It has only two pieces the base and the roof cover. Easy to take apart to clean, etc.

Bought this "dog" house for a feral kitty living in my backyard after I read some reviews of others doing the same thing. It worked great! I put some warm rugs and sweaters inside and was so happy to see her using it for her own place. Good buy, for sure. Very sturdy, well made and cute. By the way, I have 4 kitties already inside my home, so that's why I couldn't bring her in. But you never know...........

My neighbor's dog was sleeping out in the cold on just a blanket on the cement. I simply had to buy her a doghouse and this one was absolutely perfect. Totally easy to put the two halves together, and it's sturdy. She is so happy now to be sleeping in this great doghouse.

In searching around different options for giving my outside cats a warm, cozy retreat, this was the best value I found for an easy option and the price. Good quality and will hold up for years, I have no doubt. Easy to take apart and check inside, clean, whatever. My cats walked right in to investigate when I put it out for them and began using it immediately - it was not threatening to them at all and in fact seemed to be just the retreat they were looking for when the weather turns chilly. I have the same product, a larger size, that I bought years ago actually in a Walmart store and have used outside almost continuously since then, and it is still in like-new condition. I would not hesitate to buy this again and recommend it to anyone looking for a similar product.

I was looking for an inexpensive dog house and this one was in my price range. It is roomy, easy to put together and serves the purpose for which it was intended. I read some reviews about it leaking, but since ours is on the outside porch, that was not a concern for me. Great value for the price! Had a little trouble finding the right door so be careful about that -- Make sure it says Petmate BarnHome III before you purchase. I actually could not find the right door at Walmart.com but got it at a pet supply for under $20.
