SHIPPING: DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives damaged, please go to your local post office and file a damaged claim. Once you have done this. they will reimburse you for your damaged item. If you want your item replaced you will have to file a claim with your post office and open a case on etsy in order for me to work with etsy to replace damaged, lost or delayed items. LOST OR DELAYED: Orders that have been marked delivered but are missing requires a geolocation scan from your local post office. This scan will indicate where the driver was located at the time the order was marked delivered.
