WELCOME! I am offering a Lovely Houppette Pli Powder Wand! French Art Deco Era Bakelite Powder Wand & Puff. Each end has a screw on compartment. The top unscrews to reveal a pink swans down puff. Simply push the bottom up and the puff comes out. The puff is held in place with soft leather and wires mechanism. Pull the base to reverse the puff back into the compartment. The base unscrews to reveal a loose face powder compartment. A small bit of powder remains. The bottom is marked: BREVETE P L I MADE IN FRANCE S.G.D.G. Circa 1920's. Can be displayed laying down or standing up Measures approx. 3 3/8" when closed ****The first photo shows some loose powder on the outside. Wipes right off. ***** Overall Good Antique Condition.
