The San Francisco mint produced only 44,610,000 coins which is actually considered a very low mintage for coins many years before and after this date. Some of the lower grades may have some copper tarnish finish or oxidation on them. Look, these are not professionally graded, and the price indicates that. You find these for much more money when you have to pay to have them graded. But you can own a dynamic coin for a fair price. All show the grading from the app CoinSnap, and are all VF-20 or better up to MS-65 condition. The lower grades are brown in color and are very good condition coins. The MS grades have the brilliant red brown color luster, and are next to being uncirculated condition or as in original mint state condition. I have many more of these that are all in similar condition. This is always an open to interpretation based on what the coin guides publishes, (last picture). But you be the judge of that.
