Once the order is placed, I have to get it printed so it reaches you on time. The personalization can be any word or words youd like, up to 15 characters long. It can be your pets name, Fresh Water, Salt Water, etc. 💜Trays can single for one pool or doubled for two pools. If you purchase the 2 pool option with tray, it is your choice if you receive one double or 2 singles. If no choice is made, 2 single trays will be included with your order. With 3D printing lines and small imperfections will always be seen. We make sure that your item is something that we would personally buy ourselves. Unfortunately, things happen during the 3D printing process. IF a major print fail occurs, we will restart the print and reach out to you if the restart will affect the processing schedule to ship your item. 💜TESTING & REPLACEMENT We test all water pools by filling them with water and run a bubbler for a MINIMUM of 24 hours. We will not ship any pools that show signs of damage or leakage. However, 3D printing is innovative but may produce minor imperfections like small gaps within the printed lines. These might not be immediately visible and small leaks may occur later. We recommend placing a dish under the water pools for the first week to catch potential leaks. If you notice any leaks, contact H&K3DPrints IMMEDIATELY. Please contact me. 💜INSTALLATION All pools will include an adapter for an air hose to hook up to an aquarium air pump. (PUMP NOT INCLUDED). When installing the control valve for the airline tubing, please exercise caution. In the event that the connection tip breaks off of the pool, a plastic hose barb reducer can be inserted into the hole to connect to the airline hose. They can be purchased at most pet/fish stores for under $3. We are unable to replace pools due to broken adapter tips. 💜MATERIALS Available in PLA or PETG. Both are pet friendly and safe. PETG has more of a shine to its surface but does a little better in higher heat and humidity. We personally use both PLA and PETG in all of our enclosures without any issue. PLA has a higher tensile strength than PETG, but PETG is more flexible and can withstand more impact PETG has a higher heat deformation temperature than PLA PETG is more resistant to chemicals than PLA PETG is more resistant to water than PLA PLA is biodegradable, while PETG is recyclable 💕Colors that are shown are available for immediate order. If a different color is desired, please ask. We can usually get additional colors within 24 hours. I cannot guarantee the color will be exactly the same as pictured. Slight variations occur due to heating and hw the filament is rolled. This is especially true for rainbow colors. 💜CLEANING To clean 3D printed reptile items, wash them with warm water and a mild dish soap, ensuring to thoroughly rinse off any soap residue before placing them back in the enclosure 💕Items are on demand.
