Ancient Stone Mini Hair Fork in Brass, Hand Made Bun Pin, Textured Satin Finish Gold Hair Pin, U Pin, French Hair Pin

I make our mini Ancient Stone hair forks from .081" Brass wire. I cut, bend and then hammer them into their shape...In the minimalist style, the hammering I do is called Chasing. As I am hammering, it tempers the metal (making it harder to hold the shape), and it also shapes the form. I have added a gentle texture to the curve, inspired by the ancient sandstone in Tse'Bii'Ndzisgaii (Navajo Nation's Monument Valley) ...and then given it a soft smooth satin finish. All of the items in my shop are handcrafted, with raw materials and my own two hands. The Functional Length of our little forks are 2 1/2 inch - 4 inch x approx 1/2 inch wide. My hair forks are very well polished, and will not snag your hair, or scratch your scalp...I also have long hair, and understand the importance of caring for it...
