I consider these to be the very best in flavor. A staple in our home. Priced well. Try these in a salad or just as a side dish. Not a heavy dish which is great on a hot summer day with a glass of bubbly ice waters.

Love, Love, Love this vegetable, especially for sautéing in onions and garlic for a filling and tasty meal....I eat this after sautéing with onions and drink a hot cup of tea or chocolate after....will fill you up for about 8 hours.
