I really like Spring Valley vitamins. They're a great value for the money. I don't really see a difference between these and those higher end vitamins other than that these cost a lot less. Easy to swallow because they're coated and flavorless as long as you get them down fast. Definitely going to be a long term customer.

Vitamin D is underrated! I had foot surgery and pre-screening showed my vitamin D level was low. The 5000 UI pills were recommended by my doctor. If the levels remained low she'd cancel the surgery until they came up. In 4 days the level was well above what she recommended. IT is essential for more rapid healing. After reading the benefits of vitamin D I made this part of my daily regimen.
