super great! so here's the deal. When you take calcium and you take calcium carbonate, it is very difficult for your body to take that up and absorb it. But when you take calcium, citrate, your body in that acidic form of the citrate, your body absorbs it much much more readily. And this is more effective in the form that this product provides a highly recommended. If you are over forty years old, you need to take calcium every day for the rest of your life for your bone health

I work in a nursing home and all the women are taking this. Also the men over 70. I'm only 56 calcium but I take them twice a day for my bone health. If you have drank a lot of carbonated soda in your life you should consider starting to take a Vitamin D supplement early. Carbonation deplete the calcium from your bones and because of them to become brittle way earlier than they normally would. The only problem I see with this product is the size of the pill. But, you get used to it..

It was hard to choose the one I want. They were also nice and green and no blemishes. Haven't eaten it yet though, but I'm sure it's gonna be very tasty.

They're huge horse size tablets and you got to take two of them a day. They upset my stomach so stopped taking them for awhile, otherwise quite economical.

Never received order...just an empty package. Had loads of trouble trying to get to a place to give you this information. Have been charged $9.37 for the empty package. Tore package apart trying to find something to reference or get information to you. This was on my credit card.

I ordered (3 bottles of calcium) at %268.88 (2.96 x 3 =$8.88) x 3 and should be charged$26.64 plus tax but I was billed$79.92 5.67(tax)=$85.59. Please refund the over amount charged.

These were too big. I made a mistake when I ordered these. I meant to get the Petites. Since I had opened them before I realized my mistake, I couldn't return them. So I gave them to a friend who also has osteoporosis. Next time I will get the right kind!

It is a big pill, but I can swallow it easily. my stomach can absorb it well even if I take an antacid for Acid Reflux. it helps my bones (I have osteopenia.)

These Calcium Citrate D3 tablets cost a little bit more than what I had been paying for a larger size bottle, however they take up much less space in my medicine cabinet plus I don't have to spend quite as much at a time. I chose calcium citrate because they might be easier on my kidneys than calcium carbonate. My D3 levels are now right where they should be when I get it tested and I haven't had a kidney stone since I switched from calcium carbonate (I'm 72 years old).

Unnecessary additional chemicals added to the pills. The list was 10 to 15 chemicals long. "Equate" name brand was a unwanted substitution from what I ordered. Once I received the calcium citrate I normally take, I threw the Equate calcium citrate away.
