Yes! I would recommend! I tried this for the first time when roasting some chicken (skin on) in my air fryer. I cooked 20 minutes on one side @ 350 then turned and cooked 20 minutes Turned over again cooked 20 minutes total of 60 min legs and thighs raw. Then sprinkle Mrs dash on the skin side up and cranked air fryer to 400 and cooked 6 minutes! Delicious. I used a silicone liner (bowl type! To catch all the grease. Tastes great on tilapia too!

For elderly, we need significantly more intense flavor! Bought mainlt for EGGs flavoring and microwaved meat pattyy dinners shaked ontop after short time cooking. I have to use meat substitutes and I wanted a vegan version of chicken and dumplings. I used soy curls for the chicken substitute and seasoned them with this and a little salt and pepper and it was wonderful! It tasted just like the real chicken and dumplings my grandmother used to make when I was growing up ♥️

This product doesn't taste like chicken, but it compliments chicken, turkey, pork, and beef very well. I have tasted garlic, other herbs, with a hint of Lemon or citrus with this one seasoning. It's a great way to add subtle flavor to meats, seafood, or salad.

I recently tried Mrs.Dash Chicken salt free seasoning. I purchased this due to wanting to watch my blood pressure. I am quite a spice lover so I would have to say that I was dissapointed in the flavor or more the lack of flavor. I reccomed putting this spice on alot heavier than you typically would to get a flavor closer to what you are desiring. Now the positives... I have been able to safely keep my blood pressure at a normal level using all of the Mrs. Dash salt free products. I would recommend this product.
