I think it's good except you have to be very careful to not make the gums bleed with the hard edges of the toothbrush. i felt so bad for my pup.After I saw blood on the toothbrush. i think I might try cutting off that hard side.

of course he didn't like his teeth being brushed 🤣 but his dead bird breath is gone and he seemed to have liked the taste. the finger brush is what he liked more, it was also easier to use for some reason. 10 out of 10 i recommend! (he's a blue pittbull terrier, 50lbs, 8 drops of the toothpaste)

The item on the website had "peanut butter flavor" on the label (see photo), and that is what I ordered. I received mint flavor instead and my dogs hate it! The two toothbrushes would probably be fine for a large dog, but are too large to use on a smaller dog comfortably. I will be throwing all of it in the trash! Not sure if this would qualify as false advertising, but what I received was NOT as shown on item ordered.

This set I love because you have the choice of using an extended brush or the finger brush. I have two dogs and one is easier to comply with getting her teeth brushed so I use the normal size toothbrush. The other not so much so and I have to use the finger one. I love that it is all natural ingredients. I try to buy natural ingredients for my products as well as my dogs and this makes me feel even better about it using it on them. They seem to like the flavor so that is bonus! I also love that it is made in the US. I do not trust many things for dogs that comes from outside the US and was told that by our vet as well.

Not bad tooth brushing kit for dogs but mine didn't like the taste. I little toothbrush does better than the other one but that's just for my dog. The brushing gel smells nice and to me doesn't tastes bad but shin my dog didn't like it. As soon as I was done he went to drink alot of water..

The Naturel Promise dental kit seemed liked an excellent way to clean you pets teeth. There is a finger brush, long handled toothbrush, and dental gel to freshen breath as well as remove tartar and plaque. Since I brush my Yorkie/Rat terrier's teeth at least every other day, I felt this kit would not be a huge transition for her. I started off with her sampling the gel. She spat and coughed a bit. She did not hate it, but she did not like it either. The finger brush has a wide bristle pattern which was too bulky for her mouth size. The bristles are also very stiff and hard which freaked her out a bit. This brings me to the long handle brush. Holy Smokes, what dog has a big enough mouth for this contraption of a brush head? You must be strategic in placing it to where the bristles cover the tooth but the plastic part doesn't cut her gums, let alone fit in her mouth. I wanted her to love this. Maybe if she was a large breed dog the brush would be effective. But the I feel the gel would still be an issue. For my pet, this was not a wise choice.

My dog is too old to take her to the vet to have her teeth professionally cleaned now. Plus the last time she went there at cost five times as much as if I go to my dentist. I picked up this dog toothbrushing kit thinking it would be a good start. The main toothbrush itself is designed very well. It does take a little bit of getting used to with the dog. My dog is very calm. However, why do they include mint flavored toothbrushing paste? I had one of these years ago and it was more of like a beef flavor. My dog absolutely could not stand the minty flavor, and I don't think any dog really would. If it came with a non-mint brushing gel I think it would be a better product.

I have used this item for a few years now. The double sided brush is the best design for my Sheltie. It gets both sides of the teeth at the same time. Snooky does not like having his teeth brushed but bless his little heart he lets me do it. Before we started using the gel his dental check ups weren't so good and he had to have his teeth cleaned at the vet's a couple times over the years. But for the last several years check ups have been good! Brushing once or twice a week and just the gel once or twice a week. I load 2 brushes with the gel. Do the uppers with one brush, then quickly change brushes for the lowers.
