I have these on my 2015 EVO MR They grab really well wet or dry. Make very little noise and feel great.

- Good at cornering, wet traction, poor tread lifesrnvasJan 16, 2019
Bought these in the Spring (May) of 2015 to replace the Bridgestone S-02 on my 2003 Honda S2000. Much quieter than the S-02s, decent cornering performance, reasonable wet traction (it's a summer tire after all) but tread life has left a lot to be desired. I just clocked 10,000 miles and the rear tires are down to 4/32. Can't replace them as Continental does not make them anymore. For reference, my Bridgestones came through for 15,000 miles - so altleast 50% longer.
- Performance and quietness!RandyDec 1, 2017
I had these tires on my C4 Corvette and when I got a 2000 Boxster with Michelin Sport tires it was so loud my earsrwc rang after an hour driving so I put the Extreme Contact Continentals on and the noise level difference was obvious. I enjoy the Boxster much more now.
- Great daily driving tire!Trying to miss the crowdDec 1, 2017
After flying through a complete set of Pirelli P-Zeros on my Ecoboost Mustang (in 10k miles), I got these ExtremeContact DWs for dirt cheap! They were probably 75-100$ cheaper per corner than replacement P-Zeros or Pilots, with great reviews on TireRack. Much to my excitement they offered about 90-95% of the roadholding of my former P-Zeros, while maintaining a much higher longevity and much improved wet surface traction. After 10k miles, the Continentals were still going strong, with plenty of life remaining. Great tires!
- Wear extremely quickJesse MckeeDec 1, 2017
I used to buy these for my S4 while I was a broke college student because they were cheap. I've never gotten more than 15k miles out of a set. All 3 sets I've had cup in the center, no matter what tire pressure I ran. The centers wear out well before the sides of the tire. I've switched to pilot sports
- 2012 RAV4 V6 limited w/18inchTreptaNov 30, 2017
These tires completely transformed the ride in my Rav4 V6. I had Yokohama geolanders on the car which were okay but made the car feel wayward and unsettled. When the extreme contacts were switched in, suddenly the suv was notably more stable and planted. I put about 30,000 miles on these tired before I sold the car, and through out that time. It was more comfortable and gave me more confidence in turns. They are less noisy than the stock Yokohamas, but if you want really quiet tire you might consider Pirelli nero gt. However they won't last as long as these extreme contacts. Over all for a Rav4, all year round rain snow, you won't be disappointed.
- Very happy!Johnny LNov 29, 2017
I do a lot of Autocross so I wanted a tire that I could use for the street as well as competition. Paul at Radial Tires recommended these. These tires have grip in dry and wet conditions, they are responsive and predictable. Its a compromise, but a darn good one.
- Great tires saved me on many occasions in snowYogibearAlJan 19, 2017
I've owned an Audi A6 as my ski-mobile and got the continentals and never looked back. Average life for me on the Quattro over 4k lb vehicle was 35k miles, but the ride was smooth and it got me out of 3 snow day conditions which saw BMW X5 AWD stuck going uphill as well as a Subaru Outback with all season tires which could not get out of a drive way. I was easily able to navigate both situations which got my wife and I home safe and sound. They do get progressively louder and due to the soft compound tends to develop a flat spot if my car was parked for more than a few day. Went through 3 sets before I sold my A6. Just got a Passat with Conti ProContacts but will switch to these again after they wear out. Much lighter vehicle so I expect them to last longer. Hope they continue to make these with possible improvements to lower rolling resistance and road noise.
- All around excellent tire!hondudeNov 2, 2015
2006 MK5 GTI, size 225/40ZR18: I'm getting ready to replace my first set of the ExtremeContact DW tires. They currently have about 27,000 miles on them. They still have tread left, but I hit a monster pothole last week and put a pinhole leak in the one of the sidewalls. The tires are close enough to the wear bars to warrant replacement of all 4 tires. Stock tires were ContiSportContact 3 tires. They were awesome: rock solid in the rain, sticky in dry conditions. However, they only lasted for 16,000 miles. I tried several different brands of tires trying to find that CSC 3 awesomeness in a longer lasting tire: Kuhmo, Yokohama, Bridgestone. Nothing compared. Then I tried the Conti DW tires. They're awesome. A little softer sidewall than the CSC 3s, but pretty darn close. So, I've ordered another set of the ExtremeContact DW tires and I'm having them installed next week. Hopefully, They'll give me another 25k + miles goodness!
- Excellent set of wheelsnerdybusinessJun 24, 2015
I own an Audi A3 2015 and the OEM tires were Continental ContiSport Contact 5P. Though the tires handled the car very well, the tires were stiff, noisy and downright uncomfortable. Within two months, I decided to change them. Wanted tires which were a bit compliant. Eventually decided to settle for the Extreme Contact DW. And boy! what a change these tires brought to my ride- these tires are much more comfortable and soak the road imperfections quite well. Didnt drive in the wet, but dry traction is as expected - superb. I am so happy with the purchase. The only downside will be the treadlife of these tires, but have to live with it since it's a summer tire. Other than that it's a pleasure!
