Continental ProContact GX All Season 225/60R17 98T Passenger Tire

I have had these tires on my Chevy Malibu since 2022. In that timespan I have gone through more than 1 tire a year. A mixture of sidewall bulges, blowout's and now the tread is warn. Would not recommend. Would actually recommend you stay away from. At least for those living in New York.

Had to replace 2 of the original Continentals at 26,200 miles on my 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium. Now, 26,500 miles later, they need replacement again. Rotated every 5,00 - 7,000 miles. Tread depth was measured a week ago at 4/64". Good tire otherwise. Looking for another brand of tire!

I took my 2016 Mercedes C300 all wheel drive (they should wear more evenly) with 31K on it to the dealer for an oil change and they told me my front tires are well beyond recommend tread and below the indicator. They can't be rotated due to the staggered rim. The rear have marginal left. These are extremely expensive tires. This is the worst tire I have ever experienced.

I gave. 2107 Mercedes C300 with less than 20k miles! I'm standing in the tire shop and they are telling me both rear tires need to be replaced! Worst tire wear I have ever experienced!

These came on my new vehicle. I have been to the dealership 5 times for balancing. At 2,500 miles they finally replaced 2 of the 4 tires due to their inablity to "balance the tires within their specs". I still have vibrations in the vehicle and it just rolled over 5000 miles and I am being told all of it has to do with these tires. I am very unhappy with these tires and with what I have read about tread life, doesn't look like it will change.

Sadly, I do not recommend these tires. I have 28,000 miles and I was told by the mercedes service department and by Les Schwab that the tires need to be replaced. This is ridiculous that they need to be replaced already. I am not hard on my tires or car. As a matter of fact, I am a cautious driver. These Continentals should have lasted much longer.

I wish the dealership would have told me that the tires that came on my 2016 C300 had to different sizes and I would have never bought this car. I am now replacing tires after only 24,000 miles which I think is unheard of unless you race your cars which I do not

Came on my new 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium. Approaching 45K miles on me vehicle after 2.5 years and am ready for new tires. Evenly worn on two of the four tires, enough to indicate new tires there. The other two tires have sufficient tread left. Subaru's recommendation for rotation is every 7500 miles, but I noticed a response from Continental to another review that suggests 6000 miles - so there is a discrepancy there. I did go 10K between the most recent rotation, which is my fault and probably goes to show why two of the four have more significant tread wear. The tires are quiet and handle well, but I too would like to have had more life out of them. I don't believe one late rotation is the main reason for such significant wear as all previous have been on time and logged. The discrepancy comes with whether to rotate at 6000 or 7500 as dealer service department recommends. Even then, would that keep tread life longer?

My wife just took the car in to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation and the service advisor told her that they would not rotate the tires because they need to be replaced...after only 24,000 miles. This is my wife's car and she babies it and always takes it to the dealership for scheduled maintenance and tire rotations.
