Walmart was out of my brand and got this in a pinch, seems to be comparable to Osteo Bi- flex.

These seem to help with joint pain. They are large pills. Two pills equals one dose. They can be difficult to swallow.

Another great equate product that meets the same need as brand name product at a more affordable price. Great option!

2nd time trying now that I'm older and it's seems to be working with just one tablet a day in helping my knees not ache so much. Pills are big but I've never understood the mind game ppl tell themselves bc if they can take big bites of sny food, ie. hamburger or whatever, then just sip water with a pill, toss your head back and swallowing is no problem! No taste and it's worth it for less pain.

I trust the Equate brand supplements. I've never taken this particular combination, but it seems to work well. I've had no problems with it.

I had had a terrible time with my shoulder. They even wanted to do an MRI. I started searching and researching and this particular product has made a huge difference! I can tell when I forget to take it but, it helps a lot!

Abit hard to rate. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks so it's hard to say. I'm hoping it will be helpful for my knee. I have noticed it doesn't hurt as much in the morning. I'll give it more of a chance.

take two pills a day for joint health for me it works on my knees and hips it takes a little bit to get into the system but I feel they work

Already seeing results. The pain in my knee is very minimal. Only been taking them a couple of weeks. So I truly believe as I continue, my knee will practically heal.
