This brand was recommended to me. I have no reason to believe that it will not meet my Vitamin D needs as others have.

I didn't like the fast dissolve tabs bought them by mistake I did like how they dissolved the feeling wasn't good

I have extremely bad health issues. My auto immune system is compromised by so many different factors. Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus to name just a few… I am required to take Vitamin D3 OTC. I have to say, I absolutely love this particular brand and this formula. I love the ease of the fast dissolve which really does work and I personally love the taste! Even after they recently changed/updated their look and taste. I was put off at first, but that only lasted a couple of days. Praise God! 🙏 I recommend these for anyone needing some extra D3 in their lives.

I liked the sublingual approach of this Vit. D3 supplement. Just slip it under the tongue. I take this to combat my chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia pain. The dosage will help keep my vit. d level up. The strawberry flavor was nice. I always recommend Spring valley to others, I trust their quality. Will be reordering more soon!

these dissolve tabs taste so great after taking all my other pills leaves the yummy taste you cant wait to take next day !!!!

I take vitamin D3 every night along with magnesium glycinate for pelvic and joint pain and I am pain free for 24 hrs a day.Healthy alternative to prescription medicine.

After taking 5,000IU Vitamin D for years, my Vitamin D levels were STILL low. But after I switched to this, they're up where my Neurologist wants them to be. Highly recommend.

I just opened the bottle to check to see if the safety seal was not sealed. In the same order I already had a product that arrived opened so I checked my other items. Well and behold the vitamins arrived opened too. Where is the quality control?? If I were in store making my purchase I would opened the bottle to check the safety seal. Who's to say something “extra” was put inside the bottle. Safety first always.

First off it's obviously easy to take n it tastes sweet. I finished my first bottle but had to cut back cause my lab results came back as too much vitamin D in my system, so my Dr. recommended me to stop taking them for awhile. For those that need vitamin D, I would say that it does help to take them.
